Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible returns. For customers in the European Union, this does not affect your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on where and how to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed cosmetic and personal care products cannot be returned once the protective seal or packaging has been opened after delivery. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Sale items are eligible for return under the same conditions as other products, including the applicable statutory right of withdrawal for customers in the European Union. Gift cards are non-returnable once purchased, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. This right does not apply to sealed cosmetic and personal care products that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once the protective seal or packaging has been opened after delivery.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to withdraw. The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, provided this has been communicated before purchase.

We will reimburse the payments received, including the cost of standard delivery, within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back.

Refunds

For returns under our 30-day return policy, once your return has been received and approved, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the refund.

For returns made under the European Union statutory right of withdrawal, refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection rules. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back.
